A tenured Kith employee with a deep understanding of how the business works, the audience it serves and the culture it draws inspiration from, Francess Henry felt an obligation to contribute her unique set of insights to The Kinnect Foundation from its inception. As a first-generation Haitian-American and the daughter of educators, the notion of self improvement, public service, and advancement based on merit, were values instilled in her from a young age. Henry's vantage point affords her the opportunity to draw connections between the community's need for support and the company's desire to do good. As the Senior Coordinator for Kith and Kinnect, Francess has played a key role in the development of the Kinnect Scholars Program and formation of the mentor-mentee relationships, while still fulfilling her marketing operations duties at Kith.
