In February, we welcomed a group of girls from Figure Skating in Harlem for a behind-the-scenes look at the creative, operational, and brand-building work that goes into Kith. Figure Skating in Harlem empowers girls of color, ages 6-18, by combining rigorous figure skating with educational, health, and leadership programs. Its mission is to transform young lives, fostering confidence, academic achievement, and financial independence in a supportive environment, helping girls break barriers and achieve their dreams on and off the ice. On the visit, the group was especially excited to learn about the different career pathways in fashion, design, and business through this immersive, real-world experience. What made this Behind the Seams even more special was having one of our very own Kith team members who is also an alumni of Figure Skating in Harlem, highlight her time with the organization and how it's positively impacted her today.
